Can I try Automizy before I buy?
You sure can – the first 14 days are on us. Once your trial is over you’ll have the option to keep rolling with a monthly subscription. No credit card is needed for the trial.
What does “bulk email” mean?
When you send one email to a list of people. For example, if you have 1000 contacts you can send 10k emails every month to them. Mainly used for newsletters, special promotions and offers (e.g. flash sale).
What does “automated email” mean?
Automated email is when you create a workflow of different emails which is sent automatically to a prospect when he pulls a specific trigger.
What does “active contact” mean?
We charge for only active contacts in our system. It means, that you will never pay for unsubscribed, banned or hard bounced contacts – only for subscribers who you can send email to.
What about the security of my credit card?
We use Braintree (PayPal’s division) payment solution. We don’t see any information about your card’s details, we don’t even participate in the transaction at all as it is processed by the payment solution.
What is 60-day money payback guarantee?
If you sign-up to one of our plans but after 60 days you’re not satisfied with our service, we give it back without any question.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Our goal is to make you happy. You can cancel at any time and won’t be billed for subsequent months. No hard feelings.
